Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix 2025: preview

The reasons are both strategic and practical. The Emilia-Romagna GP kicks off a triple-header and, seeing as it isn't a Sprint, the drivers will have three practice sessions to get to grips with changes to the car. Furthermore, all but one F1 team is headquartered in either Italy, the UK, France or Switzerland. The only exception is US-based Haas, which has major factories in the UK and Italy.

The promise of upgrades offers a sliver of hope to the Tifosi, the raucous Ferrari fans who always do their bit at a circuit named after the legendary Enzo and Dino. This has been a disastrous season so far, with Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton racking up a meagre 94 points between them. McLaren are on 246, Mercedes have 141, and Red Bull are on 105.

Oscar Piastri, Lando Norris and Max Verstappen will of course be at the thick of the action, but there'll be plenty of eyes on Alpine too. Franco Colapinto has been given five races to show that he's a better bet than Jack Doohan, while Flavio Briatore has taken Team Principal duties from Oliver Oakes.

Here's all the info on where to watch F1 live streams anywhere in the world for the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix.
